Below are the steps (and the form to use) to create this training and development plan:
Steps to Complete:
Select a position that you will create a development plan for based on the TDR and the ASK information. (A form is provided here for your use.)
As you create your development plan, incorporate the following:
Learning objectives
Key Principles of Learning (which will you use)
Who should be the trainer (you or someone else in the department)
Where there are on-the-job components, use the “PROPER” (p. 255), method.
Determine how you will evaluate the training results.
Complete the Development Plan forms here and submit online.
